I think the delay really is just volumes of applicants Rosmuc, I don't think your info will make it any quicker but I would definitely help her with the application to make sure she fills out everything properly and gets all the necessary documents correct and signed.

Exciting to see the update from noncomjd - wife in the google doc. From what I can see the first of the 2019 February submissions that have been fully completed. Celtic67 its very frustrating but hopefully yours will be with you very shortly, I do wonder how they are dealing with them though, maybe the pile fell on the floor and someone just scooped them up randomly! :D
