Is it possible to register a new application online with the correct documents and submit it instead of the old one? I didn't find an option to upload the naturalization and surrender certificate online in my earlier application and I am planning to start a new online application instead.

Has anybody managed to get an appointment for OCI? I am not able to book through the HCI website. It doesn't let you click on the open dates and looks like all the dates are already booked.
