IHS fee for Dependant Visa doesn't match with main applicant's (expiry date issue)

Hi everyone, I am applying for a Skilled Worker visa . I have completed my application. My CoS is for 3 years or less . After completing all the required information, I see the IHS fee for my application is about 2692 USD . This is correct assuming 3 years each costing 624£. Now for my Dependant app...
