Re: Skilled Worker Visa Entry from India

By owning a skilled worker visa, means you have residency rights in the uk. That being said it is completely fine for you to enter as long as you go through the quarantine hotel.

If they request more than one document, then I assume you will include x attachments for x number of documents.
There shouldn’t be any size limit as long as the attachments do not exceed the limit set by your email provider.

Re: Skilled Worker Application- Travel History

No it shouldn’t, they probably mean if you have entered the “transit” country and not just arrive at the airport for transit. In any case you should be fine as I was and I didn’t include any transits.

Re: Skilled Worker Application- Travel History

Hi there,
I don’t think layovers are included in travel history. I personally did not included them and it was fine. For example I traveled to Dubai with a 7h layover in Istanbul, and did not mentioned it. Same goes with other layovers I had. Don’t worry!

Re: Providing UKVI-number rather than TRF number for English proof

Exactly, provided that your test is valid (taken less than two years ago), I find extremely harsh the fact that you rejected. I also see some people being asked to provide their scanned document (including myself) so that means that we as applicants are subjected to the case worker’s mood? Anyway th...

Did you receive an automated email response after any of the times that you mailed?

Re: Providing UKVI-number rather than TRF number for English proof

Thanks! I will keep you posted. I know the verification process with the TRF number and I think the directions at the gov.uk are misleading since they state that you should submit the UKVI number on the application. But when you provided the TRF later after the review did they still rejected your ap...

Re: Providing UKVI-number rather than TRF number for English proof

I was asked to provide my scanned IELTS document, despite submitting the UKVI number (not the TRF number) to my application. I don’t know if I will encounter the same issue...Why did you get rejected, and why couldn’t they verify it? Have you checked with your test provider?

Re: Your Visa Application: VAF xxxxxx - Additional Documents Required (what should I write in subject line)

I don’t think you should reply to that Mail as it clearly states to “ Please send this document as a scanned attachment within 10 working days to worksponsoreddocumentrequests@homeoffice.gov.uk quoting your application reference in the subject line.” which is a different email address from the initi...
