Spouse/Partner Leave to remain.

Leave to remian & indefinite leave to remianare different. That could probably be the reason to why they’ve rejected it as you should’ve applied for indefinite leave to remain first.

My older sister had similar situation few year ago but her ex-husband eventually claimed asylum & got accepted as a refugee. It depends on the nationality of the individual as well.

Hey there, you can either download it and give it to them or they can do it themselves. They also have to write your full name & DOB behind your photo & sign the declaration form. Hope this helps !
