So in the same way is it not the defined Cos should we apply now for tier 4 dependent (inside uk) to shift to skilled work visa . Sorry ...

I have a question, I am a tier 4 student and my wife is tier 4 dependent. So while applying COS for my wife on skilled worker visa route, which COS should be applied, is it Defined COS OR UNDEFINED COS.
