Raj, Yes prepare absence excel format similar to table in the Set(O) form. Also, better to be prepared with personal absence letter for your absences from UK when on Tier-1. You should be fine by taking less salary and more dividends.I don't think so UKBA are holding application with less salary. May be if they could not verify certain document on the same day if going for premium service then they might hold it. If you pay corp tax, NI & have necessary filings to HMRC ...

Yep its a daunting task... you both need to be confident of handling situation when alone here..May be you can invite any of your relative on a visitor visa which is easy to get,cost effective & will be valid for 6months better then expenses incurred on VISA fees...Hope this helps....

good_careful, you should be fine since your absences are well within limit drdh, I showed same points in ILR as in my previous Tier-1 grant...As per the guidelines you should be fine to show 75 points if your minimum qualifying points was 75 when granted your previous Tier-1. I don't think they will...
