Re: Likelihood of granting a Spouse Visa

Sorry for the spam, but I really need to know what this would mean for me and my wife. In short, our marriage certificate is dated on 28th March during covid and when everything was on lockdown. The certificate is legalised by FCO and it is stamped by the ministry of Justice. We had our wedding in S...

Likelihood of granting a Spouse Visa

Re: UKVI - Escalating EUSS family permit application

It seems as though there are quite few of us who are stuck with no time frame or details about the final process of receiving the passport/ knowing what the decision is.

I will try using the paid call tomorrow morning and then contact my local MP for support.

Re: UKVI - Escalating EUSS family permit application

Please can someone help me understand how EUSS family permit process works with the decision. We contacted the UKVI contact centre via email last week and they confirmed a decision has been made. If it's a refusal, don't they usually send it via email? Or will the refusal letter be in physical paper...

EUSS Family Permit - Decision made but not contacted

So I sent a paid email to UKVI contact centre and they have confirmed that a decision has been made, but we haven't received any email or text to say that this is the case.

Why would this happen? Does something like this mean that the application is refused and they're writing out the reason?

Proxy Marriage Situation

Hi, I've just been reading a thread on proxy marriage and how the Home Office deals with it. Is proxy marriage an automatic refusal? I understand under European law that this is acceptable. I am married under proxy. This is purely the fact that I have been unable to marry my wife for a year due to t...
