Re: ILR Set(M) Cash Savings Query

Hi again all. Almost ready to submit so am at the most nervous point and just want to confirm.... I'm applying ILR Set(M) using category D cash savings. The source of the savings is that I wound up my limited company by taking members' voluntary liquidation. There were no debts, not bankrupt ...

Re: ILR Set(M) Cash Savings Query

Hi again all, sorry 2 more questions just to confirm I'm on the right track: 1. Mrs Belawanwarrior passed her Trinity English B1 test in July 2021. Appreciate that is over 2 years ago, but we used that for her FLR application when minimum level required was A2. Am I right in thinking that her ...

Re: ILR Set(M) Cash Savings Query

Thanks Zimba and AmazonianX, I have had the funds in the account since March 2023 so can evidence and provide at least 6 months ownership of the funds. If I provided statements covering e.g. 20 July 2023 to 19 February 2024 (which would be 7 statements in total), and applied within 28 days of 19 ...

ILR Set(M) Cash Savings Query

Hi all, Quick question re: cash savings and 6 months etc for Set (M). Not sure if I am overthinking.... If I submit application today (7 March 2024) I need to provide statements for 6 months showing funds of at least £34,600 were in my account - so from 7 September 2023. My statements run to 19th of ...

Re: FLR M specified limited company documents

I've submitted it, but to cover paragraph 9(e) rather than 9(b)(vii). For 9(b)(vii) I submitted the VAT return. Awaiting a decision so not sure if anything has been accepted yet.... :?

Re: FLR M specified limited company documents

Apologies - looks like I posted the same message twice. Seem not to have the hang of this just yet - thought I was posting a new message earlier but ended up as a reply to one of my earlier posts

Re: FLR M specified limited company documents

I remember when I first registered with HMRC for PAYE they sent me what seemed like a chequebook of PAYE slips. I couldn't find them when I was last at my old address so I went on the HMRC website, PAYE section, and asked for them to send me proof of my numbers via the online webchat. Arrived within ...

Re: Landlord/Estate Agent Letter

Hi Amazonianx, Many thanks for the reply. Yes, applying for FLR(M). I have 2019 Tenancy Agreement, 2020 and 2021 Memorandums (1-page updates) with me as tenant and Mrs as permitted occupier, and then docs covering October 2019 to October 2021 spaced 4 months apart (from 4 different sources - Octopus ...

Landlord/Estate Agent Letter

Hi everyone, Do you know if we need a letter from the landlord or letting agent re: accommodation? We have lived in the property since July 2019 and I am on the tenancy agreement with my wife as permitted occupier? Is this enough? Or do we also need a letter stating how many rooms are in the ...

FLR (M) CAT F and CAT B

Hi all, I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how I should approach the following with a pending FLR(M) application. In short - if I meet CAT F through last company year to 31 March 2021 and CAT B since 6 April 2021, should I explain in a cover letter why I am applying via CAT F and not via ...

Applying for FLR M Category F - Now a Company Director AND Employee

Hi all, Would be very grateful for your thoughts on the situation I find myself in, as I'm panicking but not sure if I need to! I have browsed the forum and while there are similar queries they do not quite match mine as far as I can tell, although apologies if anybody feels it is a duplicate. Given ...
