Your residence period is based on the dates of your registrations.

If your first stamp is from June 2019 to June 2020, that is your fiscal year 1.

Fiscal year is the year that starts from the date of your first permission/stamp.
You need to answer "yes" to question 5.6 and give details of all absences.
