Earliest renewal of IRP card online

Hi everyone, I live in Dublin and my stamp 4 is up for renewal so I’ll need to use the online system. Does anyone know the earliest we are allowed to apply for renewal online? I recall it used to be 2 weeks for the office. Id prefer to renew as early as possible for peace of mind hence the question....

Thanks guys! That is a relief to know that it is common and that I just need to resend the same documents.

Has anyone tried emailing or calling them?

I will send an email with a scan of my registered post and documents this time. Now that I think about it, I should have done that the first time.
