Set O - Continuous Residence start date

Hi,

I am about to submit my application form but I am little confused about the 28 days calculation. So to be very clear

My Entry clearance visa- 25-06-2016 to 25-07-2016
Date Entered UK - 02-07-2016
5 years complete - 02-07-2021

Should I count 28 days backwards from 25-06-2021 or 02-07-2021?
