What documents did you upload with your application ? What additional documents were required later when requested by caseworker?

I have started to fill in the citizenship online forms last year and in meantime obtained signatures on referee forms. Unfortunately never submitted the application. Time was passing I was busy with life and eventually I managed to fill it in today, submit it and pay. Gave referee details as on the ...
