As at today, over 400 people viewed the post and no single mate could say that he was denied Tier 1 visa for lack of accommodation proof. This has demonstrated that the BHC follows the guidance policy that stat...

As per the guidelines proof of accommodation is not a required. If u have not waited for too long and to be on the safer side, I advise that u put all the money in one account that shows regular withdrawals and deposits.Throughout the 3 months, your minimum balance should not be less than 2800GBP at any time.
Best of luck.

If Tier 1 Appl rejected 4 proof of Accommodation, pls post.

There have been series of controversies on issue of proof of accommodation by Tier 1(General) applicants. Many believe it is not required as long as u meet the maintenance fund standards ,while other on the other hands believe it has to be there even with enough maintenance fund. Well, I feel we can...

Instead of your payslip, get a letter from ur employer confirming ur gross earning and net pay each month for the period you are claiming. The net pay must reflect the exact amount that appears each month on ur bank statement. So, as evidence of past earning, employer's letter and bank statement are...

EC for 2 years

My understanding of what they wrote in the Tier 1 general guidance document is that if u are applying as a new applicant thru Tier 1, u will get initial visa for 3 years while u still get for 2yrs if u apply using the transition arrangement.i.e.Those with HSMP approval letter. However, u don't loose...

Nysa,
I thought of the call divert/forwarding option too. U can tell a friend to get a sim for u in UK and divert all voice calls to ur home country sim. This may mean u have to maintain the UK sim thru your friend as there must be credit on your sim before calls can be diverted from it.
