Dependent Visa Category when spouse is having ILR

Hi, My husband received ILR in Jan 2021 after completing 5 years in Tier 2 General Visa. I came to UK as his dependent on Dec 2016 and eligible for ILR on 4th Dec 2021, but my current visa is expiring on 14th Sept 2021. I have around 2.5 months for ILR.
