28 days rule for British citizenship?

Hi,

I got my ILR on 14th Feb 2022. Can I apply in 28 days before 14th Feb 2023 for my BC application process?

I saw a similar query posted back in 2013, so just enquiring again to see if something has been changed by now.

Is it ok to upload NARIC certificate ? my appointment is on Saturday and I have uploaded the NARIC certificate which I got 5 years back. Is that enough or should i get the ecctis certificate ?

Hi Silver75, Thanks for the reply. Letter issued by UKVI 5 years ago really, I don't remember keeping any of those documents. I received my passport with entry clearance vignette on it when visa got issues. It is ok if I submit the entry clearance vignette from passport as proof of immigration? Thanks

ILR absent calculation

Hi. I am planning to apply ILR next week. My query is that I took piad annual leave(I travelled out of UK) starting from Monday but I left UK in Friday night after attending the office.

My company absent letterhead states that approved leaves was from Monday l.

Does this impact my application?

She left the UK in Feb 2018 for pregnancy delivery.
Her initial BRP was valid from 25-06-2017 to 15-02-2020.

Thanks for the pointers. Yes, that wording is clear that the rule applies to the visas issued from 11 Jan 2018.
Let me point the document to the consulting company which is renewing visas.
