In this case, its not the fault of Dutch Embassy or the European Commission. This is the fault of Easyjet for not training and educating their staff. Thats my concern, although i have kept our bus tickets to the airport they do not have our names on them. I am thinking of going back out to the airport tomorrow to get it in writing why he was denied, even though i have now emailed easyjet, do you think this is a wise idea??

My husband's COA arrived today. We posted it on 11 August and it arrived on 04 September, taking less than 4 weeks, i was very surprised it arrived so quickly. Here's hoping his RC is as quick (though not getting my hopes up!!)
