My employer had paid the immigration skill charge for 3 years(3000£) but as per the CoS provided ,the work start date is on 11/2021 and work end date is on 11/2025- total spam of 4 yrs.
Can you please clarify under which category should I raise the visa -3 yr or 5 yr?

If I apply for 5 years say till Oct 2026, how long will I be granted visa ? Exactly till Oct 2026?
In that case when should I start applying for ILR?Immediately after Oct 2026
Or should I once again obtain 1 yr Skilled worker visa for back up options?
