Re: ILR - for me, spouse and child - continuous 5 year dependents

You cannot add dependents to long residence ilr. Ypur wife can apply for ilr when she meets the requirements. Re: ILR - for me, spouse and child - continuous 5 year dependents

Thanks for prompt reply!

Can me and my child (continuous preceding 5 years as my dependent, overall 9 years) apply together for ILR around 2-sep 2025 as my child turned 18 already this year? As he is no more a minor and may not require both parents to apply ILR at same time..
Your thoughts please.

Re: 5 months away to the 10- year route

1 more option... i think if you apply visitor visa in those last 5 months (and get it too)...you can spend some time in uk on that visa...say 2-3 months(do not need 5 full months stay)...then you can complete 10 years...just make sure in the last year ..you do not spend much days outside UK before ...

A person working in company A on ICT visa CAN move to Skilled worker visa in same company A. Its perfectly fine. Home Office has no reason to question this.

Re: SW Application Pending on Further Document?

I think if you initiate Visa application on gov.uk site and still do not 'submit' it (i mean you hold payment for application fee and IHS surcharge), its still ok as your application started before current visa expiry. Re: Ecctis not available

If you have IELTS results available, then you do not need to select 'Do you have a degree taught in english?' question.
You either need to submit either English test results Or Ecctis certificate to meet english requirements needs.
