For going to republic of ireland you have to clear immigration at UK if you are coming from india becuase ireland and uk form a common travel area so if you say that you are going to ireland and you have a ban to uk for 10 years it is highly likely that you will sent back from heathrow. I suggest do...

You got the point wrong here. The guideline says it can be the original statement with logo or a letter from bank and there is no concession to this which means without logo but with stamp and signature cant be accepted. Stamp and signature is only for salary slips. You have to go by each word in th...

And for - "you have no conditions or time limit attached to your stay.". It means you have an Indefinite Leave to Remain or ILR which u get after 5 years. If you do have it then this question should not arise in the first place.

As Indians we tend to think that since we have a tier 1 visa which is work why cant I also study in it. Unfortunately the immigration guys dont tend to think that way. In fact they dont even know what tier 1 is, apart from the fact it allows to work. I know a friend who was actually refused entry be...

They might also take a copy of your Tier 1 visa (which is a minimum they will do) and also might be informing the home office which means...

Well,
I think these only apply to financial/banking related professions. I dont see any slump in mobile phone/technology related areas where demand is very high and there are very few ppl. If u r one of those u should not find it difficult to geta job within a month even now
