EUSS Zambrano application: LTR card reurned with Biometric letter but NO decision letter

WITH HUMBLE AND RESPECT TO ALL THE GURUS IN THE HOUSE... HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED THIS? I have LTR till 2nd December 2021.
