Hi Guys I requested for the info about fee. Guide MN1 on page 28 has written
"If you do not pay the correct fee the application will not be accepted"

But form MN1 has no section for fee. What to do? Is there no fee for the service? Please advise

Yes. At least that is true my case.. A letter of employment was good enough. My HR also had same issue. They can not give a letter satting i will be required in forseeable future. But they gave a letter stating my joining date and salary.

Faisal,
You must apply for ILR of yourself and dependents as single request. If applying separately, Home-office will make dependents wait for 2 years as they will ask dependent get a new visa on basis of ur ILR stamp.

No updates till date. There website says they deal with 90% application in 70 working day. I am thinking of waiting till mid of March unless some senior member like Paul or Victoria advises me to Contact them.

No difference on living/working conditions. You got residence permit because your work permit VISA was applied while you were in UK. So effectively you are still bound by work permit based immigration rules only difference on your work permit is new employer and revised duration.
