Well definitely you and dependents are applying for the extension which is due after spending three years. Your passport is the main proof and provide HO a history about your stay in uk for more than 12 months.

1 yes u will be given opportunity for your biometrics.
2 you better check your degree and university authenticity if that's listed in Tier1 PBS calculator. If it's not there then check it with NARIC, and by the way is it a new qualification or the same what u have claimed already in first application?

Hi All,

3 years back I applied for HSMP in march 2008 and got HSMP approval letter.. Based on that I got Tier1 Visa in feb 2009 for three years.. Wondering how much i need to pay fee to extend my visa?

Is it 1300 or 750? Please let meknow.
