FLR(M) or FLR(FP) for extension on Partner Route

Hi I'm making the last visa extension for my wife, who was granted LTR under 10 years Partner route in 2013. I have chosen the FLR(FP) form and have added all the information ( including details of 3 children who are British citizens by birth ). I'm now at the stage of paying the NHS surcharge, but ...

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

In terms of benefits, we get child benefits and tax credit that's on joint name. When we applied many years ago, we did mention she was subject to immigration control. She does not have recourse to public funds < and what i understand from this is that she can't apply for any benefits within her nam...

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

@ Kero

My wife was working and we did sent payslips along children british passports + lots of documentation from every where just to prove we are living together.

If it's an extension then it should be fairly easy but waiting time is shocking.

Re: HO is gone strange, Please help

My Parents, brother, sisters all applied for citizenship in 2011 and got it without any issue. We all received ILR at the same time.

If they can grant ILR based on immigration history, why this strange issue now?

If i was illegal or didn't comply with immigration rules, why did they grant me ILR?
