Thank godness I was able to contact the AIT before this silly ban came out last week or so whereby only the appellant or the representative can make enquries. From what they say they HO has 12 days to challenge and the 12 days start from the proglumated date which is on the determination papers

I think every embassy is different some of them really dont like you being overdrawn simply because they blv that you are unable to manage your money and they dont stop to think that everyone in this country has and is entitled to have a authorised overdraft especially in light of the 'credit crunch...

My husbands fathers name doesnt appear on his birth certificate and it didnt pose a problem at all when we married in 2007. In Jamaica they are used to this kind of thing so dont worry get planning your wedding!!

The judge mainly asked questions re the refusal nothing too stressful and the Home Office did as well. Y Hubbie will be home as soon as the embassy calls him and in Jamaica I guess that will be a while they dont rush a thing. My advice to you is to supply everything that refutes the original descion
