if i wanted to send a gift with my documents to pakistan, what international delivery options do i have? what companies have people used, whats the price range? I normally use international signed for service via the post office. It's always got there. U can insure it too I think for small premium....

Hi Sammie, You application might be under consideration for 6 month. If after 6 month you have not received no correspondance from UKBA you can contact your local MP by writing a letter to him/her providing all the info and asking to contact UKBA on your behalf. I have had 2 of my relatives that have sent off their ILR's after ours and they have received their passports back within 3 and 4 weeks.. FRUSTRATING isn't it when folks that have sent their application weeks or months after we have and they have already recieved a decision..!! P.S Is there anyway ...

It means with no time limit on ur visa, so ILR/BC or PR... So once my husband as ILR, I can answer "No" to all those "Are you under Immigration Control" questions.. YAY!! After this date, if you are submitting an ESOL certificate for ILR or Citizenship, it has to be from an approved school or college. This is to prevent 'dodgy' establishments providing 'quicky' certificates...2 week courses for example, usually with high fees, which don't comply with the requirement...
