professional referee requirement

Hi, I'm looking for an advice about naturalisation application. One of my referees is a "director, manager or personnel officer of a VAT registered company", however the company is VAT registered in EU, not UK. Would that work? In the referees' guidance they say the VAT is checked via gov.uk website

Nevermind, found the HC813 changes from 2020 saying that the English assessment is only required once, as you mentionned. :D

You must have demonstrated your English level in your Tier 2 application, so there is no need to provide the language evidence again for ILR application. Thank you, I do have an expired IELTS C1 test (which I used for Tier 2 application) but was confused by whether it can be used "as is" or it has ...
