Hello, I am wondering how to count the 5 working day processing timeline.

For example, if you submit an application on Monday around 5PM, is Tuesday then considered 1 working day?

Or is Monday considered 1 working day depending on what time the application is submitted?

I am just wondering if anyone has experienced this (where they traveled during a pending application and HO informed that it is now withdrawn)
