thats quite a while...why so long do you think?

i have indefinite leave to remain but my card expires in 3 months...i applied for a replacement at the end of september this year...how long is the processing time for this? thanks

im more confused now , i thought the fee to replace and expiring brp card was £56/../..when i got the the last page to pay its saying £71??? then it saus if your card has already expired its free for a new one? which one is correct? thank you
