Expect a reply or email again, lodged a complaint yet?
Thanks for your response.

I'll follow up again on the same email address. Could you please help me with where do I need to lodge the complaint, as I have no idea about that.

Cheers!

Claiming Overpaid IHS Fees for Dependent Visa Application

Hello everyone, I recently applied for a Skilled Worker Dependent application for myself and my two children. However, upon review, I noticed that we were charged an additional six months' worth of fees each, resulting in an overpayment of £782. Now that our visas have been granted, I am eager to ...

Re: Query Regarding Part 3 of the Consent Form - Skilled Worker Dependent Visa

Part 2 is what you sign as you are submitting documents in your name. Great, thanks! Another thing is, I've just submitted the application already and realised I have missed one travel history from 2017. I've attached the cover letter explaining I've unintentionally omitted the information and ...

Topics merged. Please keep your questions about the same application in one topic. It is not necessary to start a new topic with each question you have. She signs part 1. You sign part 2. Part 3 is irrelevant. It is NOT about the maintenance funds ticked in the CoS. Thanks for the promptness, CR001 ...

Query Regarding Part 3 of the Consent Form - Skilled Worker Dependent Visa

Hi everyone, I'm applying for my wife and children's dependent visa (Skilled Worker Dependent) where I've come up with the Consent Form at the end. I understand she does need to sign Part I which is pretty self explanatory and we don't need to sign Part-2 as we haven't attached any document on Joint ...

Re: Previous Marital Status

Hi meself2,

Thanks for your response.

She was free to marry. It's just we didn't disclose back then (as we didn't want her previous marital status mentioned in our marriage certificate) when we put forward the application to get married. We married in 2019 and she got divorced in 2017.

Thanks,

Previous Marital Status

Hi everyone, I’m facing a problem while filling in my wife’s visa application form (Skilled Worker Dependent). My wife was divorced before coming to the UK (in Pakistan) but when we got married here in UK, we never disclosed this and mentioned her marital status as Single in our Marriage Certificate. ...

Duration Options for Skilled Worker's Dependent Visa Application

Hello, I'm currently in the process of applying for a Skilled Worker's Dependent Visa and I'm wondering if it's possible to apply for a shorter duration than the primary applicant. My wife has a 5-year skilled worker visa, but I'm considering applying for a 3-year visa since I'll be eligible for ILR ...
