Re: Congrats sankar

Hi tieronevisa, Don't worry for that. Its ok. Even my payslip was same. Even some of my bank statements were missing, so I ordered for duplicates and a word "Duplicate" was written on that. My payslip had also "copy" word on top. And, I applied with a join a/c with my wife. Wish you all the luck. ~ ...

Hi Abhisek,
Oopsss.. I completed 28 waiting days today and was getting mad to call HO. When I called them they said my case is under consideration. What does that mean? Does it mean that it has been assigned to a case worker?

Re: technical

Hi aamirmalik, You can claim points for previous earnings for continuous 12 months within recent 15 months period from the day you will apply for tier-1 General. I would suggest you to view the Home Office web site and read the document which explains what kind of evidence HO expects from each appli...

Hi tieronevisa, That doesn't matter if you receive your salary in a joint account. Even my case is similar. Anyways, I am in waiting state. :?: But some of my friends got their visa without problems. As per theory, its not important whether its a joint account or not. Rather if you receive your exac...

Hi Irf,
I agree with Agrawal. You show 12 months salary slips and bank statements. It will be enough. Try again, don't give up. You will succeed this time.

Re: Salary slips

Hi tieronevisa, I think you must provide 12 months details, else you are at risk. You can directly ask HO to confirm. ~sankar Hi All, I am planning for tier 1 visa soon. Is it necessary to give 12 mnths pay slips? I will be claiming my points for earning for past 6 mths salary only. Will it be fine ...
