Re: movement to Skilled Worker Visa from ICT

After your brp is granted, you cannot work. If you resign after BRP from s granted, you can't fulfill your notice period and potential buyout notice period.

It won't be an ideal situation. Apply for skilled worker visa and resign. You have to give and take.

Re: Register Business Outside of UK while on Skilled Worker Visa

You are allowed to buy shares in companies(business) or become part or 100% own business in the UK or elsewhere. There is no restriction on that in the UK or outside. You need to pay tax for your world income.

Re: Dependent arriving before main applicant

In my opinion, you have got the visa stamped on your passport, you have the permission to enter. Visa purpose is family unification, that has not changed. Always at the port of entry, answer questions to the point only, when asked any question. On your own, don't tell the story the main applicant is...

Re: Health and Care Worker visa - IELTS

UKVI will not accept normal IELTS.

In the past, there have been frauds - misrepresentation of the candidates in some exam centres.

Secure IELTS - during the test they check the ids, fingerprints by many different people. It is videographed.

Re: Multiple offers - switching sponsors

You can continue serving notice period.

Employer A will loose out some fees paid out to Home office if you decline their offer and withdraw application. Its only ethical for you to payup or you jeopardise future migrants chances of getting sponsorship from employer A.

Re: PBS Extension Visa -Delay

My skilled worker visa (incountry ) was approved after 8 weeks 4 days. Tourist visa is getting issued after 10 weeks. They are slowly clearing the backlog which are 8 - 10 weeks old is my guess.

I did not escalate. I was planning to do after 12 weeks.

You can always part part/fully own business in any part of the world.

Looks like you want to work in the UK and rout the payments to your Australian company. This is illegal in my opinion.

Re: Main Applicant in India and Dependant in US

If you apply separately at the same time in US & India, not recommended in my opinion. It would not be linked to the main applicant is my guess.

Better to wait till the main applicant visa is approved. Beware dependent 's visa is taking a longer time.

Re: Main Applicant in India and Dependant in US

Yes, you can apply from US and the main applicant in India. In fact, you should apply from the place where you are a resident. Otherwise, you will have to suppress the fact that he is living in the US. At some point, if you have to reveal that he was in the US, then that might lead to negative decis...

Re: Visa Status Tracking, Complaints and Escalations

Its an exceptional situation. They have to prioritize Ukrainian refugee applications who are fleeing for their own safety. They are not able to scale up the number of case workers, I guess because a very high security clearance is required. I don't expect courts to intervene due to this situation. W...

Re: Super Priority Visa - Suggestions when a non-settlemet visa applicaton is delayed.

It is hard to say what exactly makes it complex.

It could be overstay during previous visit.
Stay in any hostile nation.
Something to do with nuclear energy
Criminal offence

You need to be patient, it could take 1-2 weeks.
