If ur married to an EEA National other than Britsh you have to wait for five years of your Residence.

Yes you can thru EU passport queu. Yes you have to be with your spouse.

Hello,
Were you allowed to work with no restriction when you had famaily permit?

If so then it counts from that day you arrived on your family permit.

If not then the day you were granted res card.
