Hi, sometimes the documents arrive before the interview letter. But since you have got the documents back, it means they have processed your application. If you can't wait for the letter, you can call them for the reference number. You should be able to get it to book your interview appointment. Th...

Guys, I have been trying to call the 0300 123 2253 for a while now, all I get is an automated message "due to high number of calls etc etc ..".. The form is filled in properly. It just has marks. Yes, some of the fields with "?" are left blank because they turned out to be irrelevant. But some are not.
