Please post the timelines for the Tier 1 Application ( which had HSMP approval letter - transitional arrangement) for the month of may .

Hi,

The maintenance funds says minimum of 800 punds at all points in last 3 months.

I have not maintained that balance in my sole account. but my join account with my wife surely has the required balance.

Can i show join account as the evidence?

Am currently on work permit dependant to UK and would like to apply under Tier 1.

I have checked the points calculator and meet the requirements.

Then as WP dependant am i eligibke to switch over to Tier 1?
