ILR success - Croydon PEO

I recently received the ILR for my family and I at Croydon PEO. Overall the process was smooth and experience pleasant. The total wait time was about 3 hours but having waited for 5 years this is nothing really! Upon entry, the security asks for the confirmation number - I had printed the e-mail and...

Getting a tier1 dependant visa for child born in the UK

I'm currently on a tier 1 visa and recently had a child born in the UK. Do you know of the process for getting the tier1 dependant visa for the infant? Should I just make a dependant application and pay £ 395?

Would appreciate your quick help.

Thanks

For earnings, the best documents are salary slips in company letter head and corresponding bank statements (original in bank paper) that ...

Tier 1 processing times

Interesting to see some theories floating around processing times but I dont think BIA would give false information under any circumstances. From what I can see, getkumars' was a straightforward case where he already had HSMP approval and he just sent it for stamping.
