I remember seeing a National Insurance (NI) number on the back of my spouse’s old BRP card when my spouse was on a Tier 2 ICT Dependant visa.But later my spouse changed visa to flr M, but used that same NI number for recent eVisa, but I no longer have that physical BRP. I read As per the new rule the last and recent 1 year should be on private life for settlement for a child applicant and any previous visa period can be counted for continuous residence. Pls Confirm.

Since the pandemic started we are working from home hence no one is too close to request their personal details like passno and dob and requesting them to sign referral form, pls advise what other options alternatives without British passport holder referral ?
