IRP does not follow the passport expiry date. If your permission is valid for 10 years, your IRP card will be valid for 10 years. With all due respect you are wrong . I'm withing the 6 Months before irp expires.
since irp follows passport expiry date, I will be getting a passport expiring in 2034.
Since I have permanent residency issues in 2018 .
Will they renew the irp for another 10 years ?
