I’m afraid your sister still needs to provide financial evidence for course fees and accommodation with her visa application. The required funds can be shown in her or her parent’s bank account but not in yours.

Do you think there's any way out of this if I want to stay in the uk? Or if I can prove that there is no evidence at all for this. Based on the information provided, it appears the university withdrew your student visa sponsorship without following a due process. They should have investigated this ...

Only the benefits and services listed in s115 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 and at paragraph 6 of the Immigration Rules are classed as public funds for immigration purposes. If you have already breached the conditions of your student visa by taking a full-time permanent job, you cannot undo it by changing your employment contract at this stage. Furthermore, your university may withdraw your skilled worker sponsorship in order to protect their licence. The best course of...

Seems you have been advised wrongly by the both your university adviser and HR department.
