I'm pretty sure by now they have given you if not tell your solicitor to send them email again. I'm sure they will reply you

Normally if you have a criminal conviction they will try there best to delay you for years. A criminal record is always bad when you applying for a visa in the uk as, they consider law bidden citizen. Keep fingers crossed and pray someone might have mercy on you and Grant you.
