Re: Eu Treaty files waiting time - EU1 or EU1A

I’m already in the state why do I need travel insurance? It is not required if EU National is exercising EU Treaty Rights through Employment. I have confirmation that if EU National is employed no medical insurance is asked. There is no new law. Stop spreading false information. Health insurance is ...

Re: Eu Treaty files waiting time - EU1 or EU1A

Know few people who received 5 years final approval within a month of sending the form. But they had to make an appointment at Burgh Quay/ Garda and after attending appointment they receive the Residence Permit through mail within 10 days. On the card under stamp it says STAMP 4, is that correct ...

Re: Recent experience about entering UK without visa for travelling to Ireland via airport

The UK Government website says you can TWOV if you one of the following is applicable. As per the post the OP satisfies all the conditions listed in TWOV 2 and i have just posted some of the conditions in TWOV 3. Re: Recent experience about entering UK without visa for travelling to Ireland via airport

I hear people saying BREXIT, rules have changed. Yes but mostly for people residing in UK, transiting through the Schengen zone to travel to UK. The BRP is just worth nothing outside UK as even if you are a family member of EU National residing in UK you still need a Schengen Visa to travel to the ...

Re: Recent experience about entering UK without visa for travelling to Ireland via airport

As you have an IRP card issued by Ireland, definitely fit in the exemption for TWOV. Some of the officers really don't have a clue about their own rules. This is my personal experience traveling to UK for last 12 years without a Visa even though I was a Visa required National. I held a document in ...

Re: Urgent: Spousal visa delay even though processing dates have moved past application date

Is there any possibility that the legality of the marriage certificate may be questionable? There might be other issues that the authority discovered during the application process - for example, maybe your partner has a criminal offence (even minor things like parking or speeding) may be ...

Re: Urgent: Spousal visa delay even though processing dates have moved past application date

You are not alone. I know atleast 15 persons awaiting a decision. SOLVIT Ireland is useless, after 10 weeks they will just say that they need more time to study the matter. You can contact the TD of the area your other half is living and he/she can check the status for you. The date shown as 04/06 ...

Be careful, these are two different things you are taking about. One is the Visa to enter Ireland to join your partner. these are the ones they are processing from June. Ws soon you get the visa and you have arrived in Ireland you need to applyfor the EUTR - Stamp4 EUFAM. Thats the permission to ...
