Mandy,

Almost all of what you say is correct. Excpet that the requirement of 800 + 533 (for each dependent) is not for ALL times in the previous month but at ANY ONE point in time in the preeceding month before the application. This holds good till the end of 29th June.

There is a new transition arrangement in place for existing HSMP holders applying for extension till the 29th of June 2008.
