If it's any consolation, I provided 12 months statement from only 1 bank account with overdraft of £1000 from July to January - and we are a family of 4.

I used February 2013 to balance the account to £0 and then built up a healthy balance by April.

ILR received this week. :D

As per my Monday application (22nd July) at Croydon PEO, I did not interact with case worker at all. There is an administrative staff that does the case registration. They did not check my documents, only gave me plastic folders in which to put my documents. The only thing they looked at were our pa...

@sonub4ualt No I didn't submit P60s, I had more docs than was requested i.e payslips, employer's letter and bank statements. Either Payslips or employer's letter would have been adequate with the bank statement. I had my 5 years P60s with me in case they asked.... @pavan_fb Here's the list of docs I...

You mean you wanted to express gratitude?  I was overwhelmed!! Please substitute ...

Assuming your partner is under the old rules (spouse visa before July 2012) then there is no financial requirement per se but rather the ability to adequately maintain and accommodate. Thus, your income should be ~£112.55 Net per week after deducting rent (for a couple, no children). Though, if you...

I would just include the number of days from physical arrival into the UK to date of ILR application! Then to be clear, write a note in my cover letter referring to use of 90 days concession for calculation of date for qualifying period. The caseworkers should be used to dealing with this kind of sc...

goodssb, I don't think this section is applicable to you. If you read the last sentence on the previous page it mentions completing 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8 if unable to meet appropriate rate of pay because of maternity, paternity or adoption leave i.e for Tier 2 holders.

Thanks for response, kids were born Outside the UK. My main confusion is what form to use for dependants if they are not applying with me and if my ILR is still being processed.

If ILR has been processed I supposed they would use Set (M) as I will be a settled person?

Split ILR Application I.e PEO and Postal

Hi All, This increased fees have been a terrible blow for me. I had intended to make a PEO application in July for spouse and 2 kids. Now this would cost about £2K extra which I can't afford. I don't want to make a postal application as I need to be able to travel for work so now I'm considering spl...
