question 3.14

Hi All

Filling in form for my wife's naturalisation. Can I put my British Passport number as I have no clue as to where my certificate would be, I arrived in the UK in 1979 and I doubt my dad would know where to look for it?

Thanks

Naturalisation certificate number

Hi

I'm applying for my wife's naturalisation. On form it asks for my naturalisation certificate number. I arrived back in 1979 as a child and do not know where my certificate is. Can I put my passport number number and beside it write passport number?

Thanks

Hi Appreciate you replying. I was born in Pakistan in 1973. The link you provided was very useful, hadn't come across that site before. In there it states "On 1 January 1983, upon the coming into force of the British Nationality Act 1981, every Citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies became eithe...

I got the passprt through my father who I believe received British Citizenship through his work. I (with my wife & daug...

Yes, I am working

Just seems unfair as if she starts applying for JSA she will be entitled but if she does not apply then she is not entitled.

She currently is not receiving any benefits ie JSA As she is not working or claiming JSA, does this mean she will need to pay for her medication? If she was receiving JSA then her medication would be free. Is there an op...

It depends on what level of security clearance. There is the basic security clearance which is proofing your address and previous work placements, credit checks, criminal record checks etc. Most companies make the employee go through this and including Banks. This is what is most likely what your Ba...

I did a paper review (unknowingly) and it took 18 months and then got refused. I would advise everyone to go to a tribunal hearing that way you get to put your case in front of the judge.
