I was wondering about the payment for her application. It was only charged £247 making me doubt that I might have missed something.

I'm just worried about the consequences. Or what to do if I need to further supply information after the visa expiry date?

Re: ILR and Dependency Visa

Hi there, My wife's PBS dependency visa expires on 9th December 2022. I have applied for the extension based on my ILR. What happens if the visa is refused after this date as I applied for her on 29th October 2022 (Results usually within 8 weeks). Is there a grace period after that to reapply? Thanks

Re: ILR and Dependency Visa

Thanks you, its clear now. I was wondering if there is a 'PBS dependent calculator' that is recommended. Also, with regards to the extension, is it default to be 3 years, or can I choose for 2 years as my wife will be eligible after 2 years for ILR. Thanks Hi there, I have just applied for my wife'...

Re: Waiting time after submission of documents

I was hoping to get my ILR sorted so my wife can apply for her PBS dependency Tier 2 extension (as she has only been in the UK for 3 years). Would it be advisable for me to apply for it straight away (and answer 'No' for the 'Does main applicant already have their Skilled worker visa?' question) or ...

Re: Bereavement - dependent passed away before entering UK

Tier 5 temporary work.

How much would the replacement of the vignette be? Would it be the similar amount as reapplying for a new visa?

I understand that applying for a new vignette does not extend the end period of the visa

Re: Bereavement - dependent passed away before entering UK

Does this apply for Tier 5 (she is on Tier 5 and not Tier 2)?

Also, with a Malaysian passport, the mother is allowed to be in the country for 90 days. Technically, when can the mother re-enter the UK after the 90 days? Is there a cooling off period?
