British citizenship through descent

Hi,

My friend who was born in Denmark got British citizenship through his British father.

My friend's son was born in Denmark in 2010.

Can my friend's son apply for British citizenship?

If yes which form?

Hi Wanderer, Danish brother moved to Denmark in 1999 so that's why he is Danish :) Yes! He'll move to UK and exercise treaty rights. As noajthan mentioned that Pakistani brother can get Schengen visa and they both can apply for EEA permit from Denmark, I think it'll not be easy to get Schengen visa ...

My father in law was Pakistani citizen and lived most of his life in Saudi Arabia. He died 3 years ago. He never went to Kenya or UK.

My parents in law got married on 1st Jan 1982.

I got one letter that application is approved and in the same letter they asked me to call local council to book ceremony date.
