Is FLR required for Tier one

Congratulations lisa_simpson, getkumars !

I have applied for Tier One on March 20. Have received the reference. but waiting for the decision.

Now that you have the Tier One approved, Did you receive your Passport with the Tier 1 visa stamping (or) do you need to apply for FLR.

Please clarify
