actually i submitted her documents but forgot to attach my BC certificate and marriage certificate (not sure is there any requirement to send marriage certificate? as our marriage was being help outside UK) just need any HO contact details so that i can get ref number If she is applying as a spouse...

Absence from UK

Hi
I am due to apply for ILR, my question is, in past 5 years almost 1 month in each year i spent outside the UK, these were all my paid holidays
just want to know would that be fine, i have payslips and bank statements as well to proof that these were paid holidays

Hi All
I got approval letter on 30th of May 2006, visa Stamped 4th of july 2006 and i came to UK 23rd of August 2006,
now my visa expiry date is 23 August 2011
as i am also under pre Nov 2006 rule, just want to know how many days before i can apply for ILR

got Extension

Hi guys
Today i got my documents back with 3 yrs visa stamped :)

i applied on 10th of june for my Extension visa
Fax urgent Treatment form on 31st july
got my documents back on 5th of August
