Yes the discussion is around the entitlements for visitors and temporary migrants , just as we all know these temporary migrants in the eye of govt is Teir 1 or Teir2 etc, permanant migrants are the once in ILR, so I think. Probably if I am in ILR or with BC I would not worry about these changes whi...

ukswus, Please read the original draft, the text states that they want to restrict access to tourists and visitors , nowhere does it say immigrants. The NHS has an outstanding amount of over 40 million from people that are not eligible for this service. If they had paid up it would result in better...

Free????

There is nothing free in this country for non eu migrants. You have to pay into to system for avg 5 to 8 yrs, before thinking about something. There is hundreds of hurdles before that anyways. NHS free???? Bloody nightmare. You can't stay in the hospital for a night unless you are dying!!! Go to GP ...

After all the panic and confusion, now that we are seeing number of cases where the employer letter is not even asked if the number of days absence are less. I am convinced we don't need to worry too much about the absenses issue. If possible get a letter or explain in a personal letter that would d...

PEO Appointments after 6th April 2013

I find there are PEO appoints always available for SETO applicants even with dependants these days. Has anyone else found the same. The charge of £100 and adding to fill in a code at the end, has made some effect I think.
Has anyone finding it difficult to get PEO appointments still???

So the CW is asking about absences, and she did ask for a explanation. But if there is sufficient evidence that the letter can't be provided they agree to that. So basically it goes with the discretion of the CW. they have flexibility to do whatever, to me this is absurd. Wondered to what extent the...

Hi

Just had my appointment at Croyden PEO yesteday. Success! As they accept old forms for 21 days after 6 April - I used the old form. I did not submit any evidence regarding my absences other than a copy of my passport and the table of absences. Case worker did not ask for any additional evidence. I ...

Hi

I think we are panicking too much too soon. UKBA not even clear with what they are asking for, there are conflicting info everyday even in their website. If they think going out of the country on short holiday breaks the continuity, that is a human rights issue I think. Anyway until we get first han...

Or may be nobody applied in PEO During these days, because I saw one post, which had a quick decision in Croydon and empty queues.

Frustrating

I wonder if UKBA would keep record of their employees absences for 5 years, why do they ask such impractical and stupid information, which will not prove or disprove anything. What do they trying to evidence by asking for proof of work related absences from a working employee, while they have been e...
