Thanks for the replies.....even i thought that i shouldn't be declaring itas there was no conviction, fine or anything. During my ILR also i just write a brief note in separate page but on character page did not mention anything....

I got ilr in july 2011 dated back to aug 2010 under hsmp JR 2009.

so does this mean i am eligible for ilr in aug 2011? i have the letter from HO stating that my ilr starts from aug 2010.

Hi, I today received letter from police station stating "cancellation of bail" for drink & drive. I am not required to attend police station (surrender to bail) on the day asked earlier. They had taken sample of my blood for analysis and i hope it came clear. I believe this means the case is closed....
